Aligned with Bangladesh personal data protection law currently in force. This product is a loan-readiness tool, not a final credit decision engine.
The customer is the owner of their personal data. Do not collect or share profile, cashbook, documents, or readiness report with any lender unless explicit consent is captured and logged.
Use collected data only for loan-readiness assessment, lender review, documentation support, and agreed monitoring.
The customer can request access to their data, correction of inaccurate data, and erasure where retention is no longer required. JSON export supports access requests.
NID, TIN, biometric and financial data are sensitive. Cross-border transfer of such data may require regulatory/legal approval. Review hosting location before production.
The readiness score is an indicator. RM, Credit, CAD and the lender's approved policy remain the final authority.
If customer withdraws consent, stop external sharing and retain only what is needed for legal, audit or dispute purposes.
